Shipping policy

The standard processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will not be processed until Monday. All orders will include a tracking number which will be provided upon shipping label being created. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. If for any reason a tracking number is not provided, please feel free to email us at shopllune@gmail.com and we will be happy to provide you with the tracking number. Please keep in mind that during holidays or with items that have very high demand, this time may vary and be delayed. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. L'Lune is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
