Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges:

We want you to be pleased with your L'Lune purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unopened and unused item within 30 days from your purchase. No refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final and orders that are discounted are also ineligible for a return/exchange.

**ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE**

We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of item to be eligible for store credit or exchange on full-priced items. Please contact us at info@llune.com to request an exchange authorization form. All emails will be answered within 1 business day. We must receive the item within 30 days of purchase.

The customer is responsible for a flat rate $8 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your exchange or refund. The exchange/store credit will be for the value of the item minus a 10% restocking fee.

Note: This is only valid for orders purchased in the USA. International returns/exchanges are not accepted.

Please note, L'Lune reserves the right to refuse all returns if they do not meet the conditions stated in our policy.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 30 days of receipt of package and we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. When your replacement is approved, we will send you a shipping label for your return.

Customer must include photos of the issue including the exchange authorization form.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

Unused
Unopened 
No perfume or other scents
No human or animal hair
No dents or dips on packaging or wax
All original packaging


Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier we provide via shipping label seeing a tracking number is provided. We, L'Lune, are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. 

You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected, and processed. Store Credits and Exchanges will generally be processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive the refund back to your original payment method.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

Upon arrival, if any part of your order is damaged, please email info@llune.com within 48 hours. Include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by L'Lune within 14 days of the purchase date. Once the product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to potential improper handling. 

 

Sale Items:

All products on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore are not qualified for return or exchange. Discount codes or promotions can not be applied to sale items.
